Issue:

MILITARY VOTE DENIED: [A large percentage of the military do not receive their absentee ballots due to the Defense Department’s continuing failure to send them to our troops away from home or overseas. Thus, they are not able to vote in the presidential election for who should be their Commander in Chief.] Should the final Presidential vote determination be delayed until the military receive their absentee ballots and cast their votes?
