Issues under Convention of the States (to amend the Constitution)
There are many protections against a runaway convention according to COS (see https://conventionofstates.com/news/top-10-reasons-why-the-idea-of-a-runaway-convention-is-a-myth; see also threats to a COS in the issue above).
