Issues under Comey's decision not to charge Hillary Clinton on emails
COMEY MISINTERPRETED THE LAW: [Background: Comey described Hillary Clinton's email activities as "extremely careless" rather than grossly negligent which is what the statute states and which is how Comey described Hilary's actions and he also found no intent. The statute does not require intent. However, Comey refused to bring charges against her on these fallacious grounds.] Was President Trump justified in firing Comey for this violation of the law?
DID COMEY EXCEEDED HIS AUTHORITY? Do you think James Comey exceeded his authority by refusing to indict Hilary Clinton on illegal use of government emails which should have been a decision for the attorney general / DOJ, not the FBI?
