PROPOSED MERIT-BASED IMMIGRATION POLICIES: Tell your members of Congress if you support merit-based immigration policies using a point system based upon the applicant's ability to speak English, skill set, proficiencies, age, education, health, etc., and which would also eliminate "chain migration" of family members of immigrants already in the US regardless of their health, skills, or ability to work.
