BANNING LOBBYING FOR FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS (to drain the swamp): Should Congress ban all former members of Congress, the White House, the Executive Branch, cabinet members, and K Street lobbyists, among others, from becoming lobbyists for foreign governments, such as China, who promote foreign interests above the interests of the American people, to eliminate conflicts of interests and the possibility of compromising national security?
