OUTCOME OF THE FBI'S HILLARY CLINTON INVESTIGATION: Should the FBI have sought a criminal indictment against Clinton based on these findings? [BACKGROUND: 1) she illegally removed national defense documents from their proper place of custody; 2) 110 of these emails were classified top secret or classified; 4) none of them should have been on her unsecured server(s); 5) she failed to produce thousands of work-related emails to the FBI; 6) she/her staff were “extremely careless” in handling classified emails; 7) she/her staff should have known that 7 chains were top secret and should not have been on her unsecured server; 8) even if not marked classified or top secret, she/her staff should have known not to put such information on her private system; 9) the security culture of her Department of State promoted the use of unsecured email communications for classified emails; and 9) it is possible that hostile actors hacked into her unprotected server.]
