Issue:

USA FREEDOM ACT: [The Patriot Act has expired; thus the NSA can 1) no longer collect newly created logs of Americans’ phone calls in bulk (metadata). The new USA FREEDOM ACT (H.R. 3361 was passed by the House) would require 1) telephone companies, not the NSA, to hold Americans' telephone metadata, and 2) require the government to get a specific FISA search warrant on specific individuals (not on millions of Americans) to seize their telephone metadata.] Should your senator vote in favor of the USA FREEDOM ACT?
