COMEY MISINTERPRETED THE LAW: [Background: Comey described Hillary Clinton's email activities as "extremely careless" rather than grossly negligent which is what the statute states and which is how Comey described Hilary's actions and he also found no intent. The statute does not require intent. However, Comey refused to bring charges against her on these fallacious grounds.] Was President Trump justified in firing Comey for this violation of the law?
