“EQUALITY ACT OF 2010" / LGBTQ+ NON-DISCRIMINATION ACT: This act would codify 1) biological men, self-identifying as women, to compete in women’s sports, cohabitate with women in prisons and homeless shelters and share women’s and girls' locker / restrooms and shower facilities; 2) prevent the expression of traditional beliefs regarding gender and marriage by individuals and churches; 3) require taxpayers to fund medical, gender-transition procedures within the military and prison; and 4) many other violations of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and taxpayer values.
