MAIL-IN VOTING BEFORE THE PRESIDENTIAL DEBATES: There is an effort to permit voting by mail-in ballots prior to the presidential debates. Should Congress prevent this from taking place so that all voters can evaluate the candidates and cast their votes after having the opportunity to see / hear these debates?
